DESIGN BUILD SOLUTIONS (Southern) Ltd. was formed in early 2005 and is a continuation of ACC Building Contractors originally established in 2000.

We are a VAT registered UK Limited company, able to perform all sorts of building projects. Including and not limited to: new builds, refurbishment of old barns, renovating listed buildings, modern flat conversions and loft extensions to name a few. We have three divisions of commercial and domestic CORGI qualified plumbers and our electricians are NICEIC registered. We also have our own carpentry shop in Croydon Surrey, with a team of highly skilled carpenters. We have accomplished bricklayers, ground workers, decorators, tillers and roofers.

Most of our labour force are of Polish Nationality and have 3 to 5 year employment contracts with us. All our Eastern European employees are Home Office registered, under the Workers Registration Scheme and all contractors have their CIS cards as well as the newer CSCS.

The workforce operate under the direct supervision of employees with 20 or more years experience working within the building industry in the United Kingdom. All staff complete a Health & Safety induction course in our offices, (I will include a copy of our induction course in the pack). We have Public Liability insurance covering all our employees and we strenuously check each contractor working on our behalf have there own and valid Public Liability insurance.
