Dome Hill - Caterham
This project consisted of a rear extension to the property and internal refurbishment to the bathrooms and kitchen of this three bedroom detached house in Surrey. A rear patio with decking and garden features were also included alongside the main extension with pathways around the building and a garage conversion.

Keston Park - Bromley
To meet the clients requirements in this situation called for a complete demolition of the existing bungalow to make way for a new family house with a swimming pool. Due to the nature of this project, many areas were bespoke including the spiral staircase, full underfloor heating, a warm and cool air system and six designed bathrooms

St. Johns Hill - Clapham
A commercial property in Clapham required a complete fit out of the shop itself and was to include a staff area to the rear. This was carried out as well as the demolition of the old lean-to with a two storey replacement extension. Refurbishment throughout including a new kitchen and bathroom in the flat upstairs.

Skeynes Farm - Edenbridge
A large project that included the conversion of an old barn to make four terraced houses and complete renovation of the nearby oast house which was suffering from subsidence. The building regulations requirement for this oast house called for the stone building to be taken down completely. After addressing the subsidence we could then rebuild.
