Dome Hill, Caterham

This project consisted of a rear extension to the property and internal refurbishment to the bathrooms and kitchen of this three bedroom detached house in Surrey. A rear patio with decking and garden features were also included alongside the main extension with pathways around the building and a garage conversion.

Due to the sloping nature of the land in this area, some excavation work was carried out to get the raised patio the client was looking for. Incorporated within the design for this was the safety of the children living in the house. The finished work gave a safe family area in the garden and a modern space within the house.
